Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Kulario. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using Kulario
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use Kulario only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your account, workspace members, experience content, privacy notices, consent language, and destination mappings.
Private beta
Kulario is currently offered as a private-beta service. Features, limits, availability, and commercial terms may change as the product develops. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, buyers, or third parties.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the briefs, source material, brands, questions, responses, and other content you provide. You grant Kulario the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and deliver that content as you direct. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use it.
AI-assisted drafts
AI-generated drafts are editable suggestions. Kulario constrains protected fields, verifies displayed source excerpts, and rejects unsupported statistical claims, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving an experience before publishing it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kulario to violate law or privacy rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems; bypass limits; scrape or reverse engineer the service; upload content you do not have permission to use; or send deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful experiences.
Integrations
Third-party services are governed by their own terms. You authorize Kulario to access and deliver only the fields you configure. You are responsible for credentials, permissions, receiver security, and the actions taken in connected systems.
Availability and warranties
The beta service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kulario disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular marketing outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kulario will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Kulario's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Kulario at any time. We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
